There is no option in the app to provide feedback. We found it unfair that when your 3 month lounge access credit expires, you are left with paused access to the lounges unless you spend a minimum of 1 dollar internationally.Your account should default to a minimum of 1 complimentary accsss. I have multiple cards that give me access to the lounges and all have paused membership access. I haven't travelled for 3 months and my cards are not enabled for online transactions for added security.

Unable to register my flight for delay pass. Always showing an error of something went wrong. My flight is on August 1st and the window showing the same error from past 1 month

Fast Track didn't work on arrival at Hurghada Airport. At the Pearl Assist counter, staff couldn't scan the QR code or manually enter numbers — kept getting "Verification failed." After several failed attempts, I was sent to the regular arrival queue and ended up at the very back, even though without Fast Track I would have been 5th in line. The service simply doesn't work in practice. On top of that, there's no technical support contact anywhere — the app just tells you to contact your bank.
